The Historic Bell of St. Bridgets Church arrived at RCCM this week. Crews worked tirelessly to remove the 4800 pound bell from it's 130 foot perch, where it has been resting since 1861 - think Abraham Lincoln's administration. The bell was removed because of safety concerns. The Historic St. Bridgets Church will be restored and transformed into a performing arts center. The bell will also be restored and showcased at RCCM's headquarters in Gates. More information including pictures and video will be coming soon to rccm.org.
