Effective Home Fellowship Group leaders grow their relational skills in the
following manner:

1. Understand People –

Have a good head and good common sense. Know how to appeal to people in order
to accomplish your goal.

2. Love People –

Have a good heart. Assume the role of a servant. Be secure in God, in the
church and in the group. Be secure enough to serve.

3. Help People –

Have a good, strong hand. Give people what they need, not what you want them
to have. Add value to their lives
