Pastor Stephen Galvano has founded many churches all around the world. The newest one is located just one block from the very first church he founded in 1970. The establishment of RCCM Jay Street at the Transformation Center, is a true fulfillment of a God-given vision to touch this area rich with people who are hungry for Christ.

Even before officially opening, RCCM Jay Street. has touched countless people through various outreaches, food drives, outdoor rallies, and the RCCM Day of Care. During the Day of Care, the RCCM Transformation Center staff together with its community partners offer lunches and dinners, haircuts, medical and dental examinations, AIDS testing, and counseling all free of charge to the homeless and to those in need in the community. RCCM is proud to have formed alliances with community leaders such as The City of Rochester, Wellcare, Unity Health, Foodlink, AIDS Rochester, Suny Brockport, Wegmans, and Eastman Dental to make this landmark event possible. John Robinson, a long-time son of RCCM has been officially installed to be the pastor of RCCM Jay Street. John is a true man of God with a heart for the Jay Street church. John was saved at RCCM and has been serving since 1998. He married his lovely wife Monica in 2002. Monica is a prayer warrior and servant of God, and will be a perfect compliment to John as they begin this all-important assignment.
