Stephen Galvano is the founder and senior pastor of RCCM. He has raised up and sent out many in the work of the ministry with plantings in Canada, Argentina, China, Zambia, India, Italy, and the United States. He founded RBC School of Theology, Rochester Christian Academy, The Lighthouse, and, as a man of prayer, established the Garden of Prayer, a 24 hour prayer center that has enhanced unity among leaders in the Rochester area. Pastor Galvano continues to travel around the world speaking to pastors and leaders and annually hosts the World Ministry Conference.

Vivian Galvano heads the evangelism department of RCCM. Vivian has a strong background in business and administration. Using her gifts and passion for people, she serves hand in hand with her husband Stephen Galvano in the leadership core of RCCM.
In addition to her passion for people, she has a strong calling to teach the Word of God. Future plans include traveling with Pastor Galvano and his team assisting in worldwide evangelistic crusades.

John Robinson is a spiritual child of RCCM. He and his wife Monica serve side by side on the RCCM ministry staff. John is the pastor of RCCM's newest church: RCCM Jay Street. John also has his degree in counseling.
