Full scholarships to WMC 2009 are designated for senior pastors only. All other international guests are welcome, but are responsible for selected expenses totaling $250.00US. This fee does not include the Confirmation Fee of $100.00US. Included in this fee is a partial hotel expense. All other expenses including food, local transportation, and all conference and registration expenses will be paid for by RCCM for all international non-senior pastors.
