Every year, hundreds of senior pastors from all over the world are invited to RCCM, expense free, for the World Ministry Conference. The simple purpose of this conference is to Encourage, Uplift, and Affirm, these pastors so that they may continue their works in their corners of the world.

The God-inspired vision for the World Ministry Conference was given to Stephen Galvano in 2000 while in a plane heading to Africa for a crusade. The Lord said "invite these servants of God to your home".
The World Ministry Conference was born.

Now in its 7th year, we can truly say the WMC has touched the nations. The testimonies are endless on how this conference has "rekindled the fire within" for many international pastors who were ready to give up. With the spark they receive here in New York, these pastors return home and spread the fire across their nations. We believe that all this is just the beginning.
